WALFAD (We Are Looking For A Drummer) was founded in 2011 by Wojtek Ciuraj.This young band from Wodzisław Śląski recorded three albums, which were warmly received both in Poland and abroad.
As touring activity has increased, WALFAD have become more popular.
In recent years they have shared the stage with leading Polish bands and also with Ray Wilson (ex-Genesis).
Music journalists have described them as “a new force in Polish progressive rock”.
WALFAD’s work goes beyond one genre, however, it is based in modern progressive rock. Melodies are full of passion and youthful energy, and thoughtful, poetic lyrics.
